Terms & Conditions

MarkFeed lets you collect visual feedback on websites and designs. Reviewers click on a page to leave comments, screenshots and attachments, and your team manages them as tasks. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your team's accounts.
• Tell us straight away at hello@markfeed.site if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

• The Starter plan is free. Paid plans and their limits are listed on our pricing page.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Where GST applies, it's added at checkout and shown before you pay. You receive an invoice for every payment, available under Billing.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Plans are prepaid for a billing period. We never charge you automatically: you renew yourself from Billing. If you don't renew, your plan stays usable for 3 days after it ends, then your organisation moves to the free Starter plan.
• We may change prices. Changes never affect a period you've already paid for, and we'll announce them before they apply to your next payment.

Cancellations, upgrades, downgrades and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

You own everything you and your reviewers put into MarkFeed: comments, screenshots, files, and the websites and designs you review ("your content"). You give us permission to store, copy and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you.

When you invite clients or others to review, you're responsible for having the right to collect their feedback and the details they enter (such as their name and email). We handle that information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• install the MarkFeed script or plugin on a website you don't own or have permission to change;
• upload anything illegal, infringing, malicious (such as malware) or that you don't have the right to share;
• use review links or previews to deceive people, collect passwords or harm a website or its visitors;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security or limits of the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

Some features connect to other services, such as Google sign-in, Razorpay payments, and email or WhatsApp notifications. Those services have their own terms. We aren't responsible for them, but we choose them carefully.

We work hard to keep MarkFeed fast and available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our hosting providers. Support is by email for all plans and on WhatsApp for paid plans.

You can stop using MarkFeed at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@markfeed.site. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your content.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties that it will be error-free or suit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, or because you used the Service in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be heard by the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before going to court, please write to us at hello@markfeed.site so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using MarkFeed after that, the new terms apply.
